History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Neega was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Seamstress. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
