Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his morningstar. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Kipper is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their son.
