Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his yellow robe. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ozyman is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Cockaby enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Cockaby was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Cockaby alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Shautha has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.
