She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Uzza was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.
