History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Mâku and his spouse have recently divorced.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ellyjoybell was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
