Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Charles abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
