After coming to the age of reason, Qualen took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
