His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after John was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. John's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She has styled her red hair well, parting it to the right. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Interpreter father left her crippled. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His brass crest is thinning but still full. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Baradad is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Eiravel was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
