History: Fulbar was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and an old rival family wants him found
