She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Ilga lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Ilga was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ilga's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored.
