Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. Verna liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
