History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Born in the east to a Mortician, Serpent learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Dyer mother left him crippled. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
