History: Darrak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Description: An older man who wears a brown coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson brown hat.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Reynard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bookbinder who has hired her part-time. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Vistra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has worked as a Bookbinder like her mother before her.
