Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He takes great joy in being the best Fisher in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Efferil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
