Description: A man of a pale complexion, he very much looks the part of a Fletcher. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fletcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Ar-Karo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.

Chem is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Doctor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
