History: Gifted from a young age, Jo studied abroad. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Jo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. History: Raer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
