History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Valanthe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Valanthe was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
