History: Born in the east to a Marshal, Right-Handed learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
