History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but he was a colossal failure. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Brottor is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
