History: Susannah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 13 years.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a yellow shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and red pants. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Efferil embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Efferil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Efferil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Marshal kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Bulzo hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Bulzo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She uses divination through singing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
