Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Howard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Howard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Ghaliver is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Ghaliver lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
