History: Koeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Butcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
