History: Jo was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
