Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
