History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull black iron scale mail. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His black fur is still thick. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Pelt lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Kellen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Kellen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kellen decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
