The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Balifra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
