Description: This younger middle-aged man is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, blue shirt, and brown tie, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His auburn hair is still thick. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Gardain hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greatsword use. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is a Detective first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Numba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Numba. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand her business
