Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. She has styled her black hair well, parting it to the left. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gifted student he started as a Cook, but he got bored and became a Banker. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
