Description: This northern man is typically in his Merchant uniform. His clothes are grease stained in places. His blue crest, when down, is lengthy. His red eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson green hat.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He has worked as a Merchant like his mother before him.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Callie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Callie. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: He was born in a small plains village. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ulfgar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
