Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears an entirely tan suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shivering was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many illithids want him driven away
