Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He takes great joy in being the best Bellfounder in town.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
