Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Raiann isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Raiann was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Raiann decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
