Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
