Description: He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. He carries with him a set of longbows on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Vondal hails from a village terrorized by giants. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Vondal was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Emma lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken from her home at a very young age. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shipwright and was forced into it by her family; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: Standing 4'7", this woman likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. She keeps her auburn hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Margery embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Margery enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a Cartwright, her father struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by her family; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair is red and curly. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: She was born in the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She struck the Fletcher job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and further expansion of business
