She wears an entirely grey suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a tan feather.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born in the north to a Spice Merchant, Millicent learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
