Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born to a Herbalist, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She bought a scimitar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He tends to wear a large grey jacket. His hair is short and auburn. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Geoffrey lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This tall, slender man wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His hair is black and curly. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ar-Baruk will drive conversation. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Gifted from a young age, Ar-Baruk studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Carter soon after.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs and is in decent physical shape. Her crest is rusty and curly. She has red eyes and a green hat with a violet feather.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: Born in the east to a Assassin, Driindar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She is greedy; and wants to open a new tavern
