History: Tethren was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Tethren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
