History: Jane was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again; and a deep hatred of illithids

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Half-Orcs. Her skin is light but she possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Bendoo lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bendoo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
