History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adelard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adelard. Being a Mercenary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She got into the Engraver business at a young age. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Engraver for the past few years.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A freak accident while working with her Guard father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thiala fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
