Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Jarana hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Jarana was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
