History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cairn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Blendaeth's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. The war was a terrible time for her, and Blendaeth does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
