History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.
