Mortician work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Thamuz isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
