Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Lavinia abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Lavinia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
