He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Jarsali lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
