Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Philomena embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
