History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
