History: Shava was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. Through the years after Shava was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered goblins who tried to eat her hand. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
