History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dull black sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed nunchaku, just in case. He has silver hair. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Edge never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
