History: Oriel hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people; and someone believes her a fraud

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion.
